1What is Earncial?

Earncial is a CAC-registered Nigerian online platform that connects earners and advertisers.

Earners make money by completing simple social media tasks — following accounts, liking posts, subscribing to channels, commenting, joining groups, watching videos, sharing content, and more — across any platform.

Advertisers grow their social media presence by paying real, active users to engage with their content, gaining genuine followers, likes, comments, share, join group, and subscribers.

2Who can join Earncial?

Anyone can join Earncial. Two account types are available:

  • Earner Account — for individuals who want to earn money by completing social media tasks. Requires a one-time ₦1,000 activation fee.
  • Advertiser Account — for businesses, brands, influencers, and creators who want to grow their social media by posting tasks for earners.
⚠️ You cannot switch account type after registration, so choose carefully.
3How does Earncial work overall?

For Earners: Signup → Activate account (₦1,000 one-time) → Link your social handles → Get handles verified → Browse tasks → Complete tasks → Submit screenshot proof → Get paid once approved.

For Advertisers: Signup → Deposit funds via Flutterwave → Post a task → Admin review approves → Earners start completing it → Your social media grows.

All task completions are verified through proof submitted by earners and reviewed by Earncial's team before any payment is released.

From your dashboard, go to the My Tickets page. You'll see a table of all tickets you've created, each with a status. You can:

  • Attach screenshots or images directly in the chat to show your issue

6Is there video help on how to use the platform?

7Can my account get banned or restricted?

Yes. Violating any of Earncial's Terms of Use can result in account actions including:

  • 🚫 Deactivated account
  • Banned from the platform
  • 🔒 Restricted from posting tasks, making deposits, or earning referral commissions
  • 🚩 Flagged wallet or frozen wallet
  • And other enforcement actions depending on the violation

8Can I request a copy of my personal data?

Yes. You have the right to request a full copy of your data at any time.

11Will I see the activation fee reflected in my balance after paying?

No. The activation fee is not a deposit — nothing will appear in your wallet balance after paying it.

The ₦1,000 activation fee is a one-time account setup fee that unlocks your account for earning. Once paid:

  • ✅ Your account is activated
  • ✅ All activation banners disappear from your dashboard
  • ✅ You get full access to every earning opportunity on Earncial

12How much is the activation fee and how do I pay it?

The activation fee is a one-time payment of ₦1,000. You only ever pay this once.

  1. Go to your Dashboard after registration
  2. Tap "Activate Account" (banner)
  3. Pay ₦1,000 via Flutterwave to complete the activation payment.
  4. Your account is activated automatically once payment is confirmed ✅
💡 One-time only — you will never be asked to pay this activation fee again.
13How do I link my social media handles to start doing tasks?

You must link and get approved for each platform separately before completing tasks on it:

  1. Go to the Linked Accounts page
  2. Tap "Add Handle"
  3. Select the platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)
  4. Enter your username for that platform
  5. Copy button Verification text will be copied to your clipboard.
  6. Open that platform app → paste the verification text in your profile bio
  7. Return to Earncial → tap "Submit Handle"
  8. ⏳ Wait for admin approval (2–6 hours)
  9. ✅ Once approved, you can complete tasks on that platform
⚠️ Each platform is a separate submission. Linking Instagram does not give you access to TikTok tasks — you must link each platform individually.
14How do I find and complete tasks to earn money?
  1. Go to the Tasks page — see all available live tasks
  2. Tap "View Task" to read the full instructions carefully
  3. Tap "Start Task" — you are taken to the task link
  4. Complete the required action (follow, like, subscribe, join, comment, watch, share, etc.)
  5. Come back to Earncial → tap "Submit Task"
  6. Select your linked account and upload a clear screenshot
  7. ⏳ Admin reviews within 24 hours
  8. ✅ Approved → earnings credited to your balance automatically
💡 You can only complete tasks for platforms where your handle is approved.
15Why was my task submission rejected?

Common reasons for rejection:

  • Screenshot does not clearly show the completed action
  • Your username is not visible in the screenshot
  • You used a different account than your approved linked handle
  • Screenshot is blurry, cropped, or appears edited
  • You did not follow the exact task instructions
  • You undid the action after submitting (e.g. unfollowed after taking screenshot)

How to fix: Re-read the instructions carefully, redo the task on your exact linked account, take a fresh clear screenshot, and resubmit if still available.

⚠️ The username in your screenshot must match your approved linked handle exactly.
16How do I withdraw my earnings?
  1. Make sure you have added your bank account in Bank Settings
  2. Go to the Withdraw page
  3. Select your bank account
  4. Enter the amount you want to withdraw
  5. Enter your withdrawal PIN
  6. Security note: If you enter the wrong withdrawal PIN 3 times, withdrawals will be temporarily locked for security. Please wait a few hours before trying again.
  7. Review the withdrawal details (amount, platform fee, and final amount you receive)
  8. Click "Submit Withdrawal"
  9. Confirmation appears — double-check your details
  10. Click "Confirm" to start processing
  11. ⏳ Wait a few seconds…
  12. 🧾 Withdrawal receipt will appear
  13. Close receipt → page scrolls to Withdrawal History
  14. Tap Refresh → status shows ✅ Completed
  15. 🎉 Check your bank — your money is there! from EARNCIAL GLOBAL.
17How do I add my bank account for withdrawals?
  1. Go to Bank Settings Page →
  2. Tap "Add Bank Account"
  3. Select your bank name (any nigeria bank), → Enter account number, account holder name, automatically verified
  4. Tap "Add Bank"
⚠️ The account name must match your registered Earncial name to avoid withdrawal delays or rejections.
18How does the referral system work?
  1. Go to the Referrals page
  2. Copy your unique referral link
  3. Share with friends via WhatsApp, social media, or anywhere
  4. When they sign up using your link as Earner and activated their account → you earn a ₦500 automatically to your balance 💰each referral 😱
  5. When they sign up using your link as Advertiser and make first deposit to their account → you earn a 2% automatically to your balance even if they deposit ₦1,000,000 deposited 💰each referral 😱
  6. Track your referrals and earnings on the Referrals page
💡 The more activated referrals you have, the more passive income you earn — with zero extra work! Both Earners and Advertisers can join the referral program and earn the same commission. The program is available to all account types.
19How can I track my task submissions?

Go to the My Tasks page — you'll see summary cards showing:

  • 📊 Total Submitted — all submissions you've ever made
  • Approved — submissions that have been approved and paid
  • Pending — submissions awaiting review
  • 💰 Pending Amount — the exact amount waiting to be credited to your balance once approved
💡 Earncial never hides what you're expecting. You can always see your pending earnings so there are no surprises on your balance — no more expecting ₦2,000 and seeing ₦1,500 😄
20What is the minimum and maximum withdrawal amount?
  • 💰 Minimum withdrawal: ₦1,000
  • 💰 Maximum per single withdrawal: ₦200,000
  • 📉 Withdrawal fee: 10% — deducted automatically during processing

You can withdraw any time, any day — there are no scheduled payout days. 😊

💡 The exact amount you'll receive after the fee is always shown before you confirm — no surprises.
21How long does a withdrawal take to reach my bank?

Withdrawals are processed instantly and automatically. Your money arrives before you even refresh the page — you'll receive an alert the moment it's sent. 🚀

💡 Payment will show on your bank statement as coming from EARNCIAL GLOBAL.
22Is there a daily limit on how many tasks I can complete?

No. Earncial does not restrict how many tasks you can complete per day. Your activation fee unlocked all earning opportunities on the platform — unlimited. 💪

⚠️ Note: Some social media platforms like Instagram have their own daily limits on actions. Always respect the Terms of the platform you are completing tasks on to avoid issues with your social media account.
23What happens if an advertiser deletes a task I already completed?

You are not affected. If you already submitted a task before it was deleted, your submission will still be reviewed and your reward credited as normal. ✅

The advertiser's budget covers all submitted tasks — your completed work is already accounted for in the spent budget.

💡 Always submit your proof as soon as you complete a task — if participants fill up, latecomers will not be able to submit.
24My balance is not showing after task approval — what do I do?

This is almost always a display issue from internet connection. Try:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. If still not showing — log out and sign back in
  3. Your correct balance will appear immediately

If the balance is still missing after that, submit a support ticket with your task details and we will investigate right away.

25How do I deposit funds into my advertiser wallet?
  1. Go to the "Deposit" page in your dashboard
  2. Enter the amount you want to add
  3. Select your payment method
  4. Click "Submit Deposit"
  5. You are redirected to Flutterwave — our secure payment provider
  6. Complete payment on Flutterwave
  7. ✅ Your wallet is credited automatically right after payment
⚠️ About the Flutterwave fee: Flutterwave adds their own processing fee on top. Example: You enter ₦10,000 on Earncial → Flutterwave shows ₦10,200. The extra ₦200 is Flutterwave's fee — NOT Earncial's. You must pay the exact amount shown on Flutterwave. Your wallet will be credited with your original ₦10,000.
26How do I post a task on Earncial?

Make sure your wallet has enough balance first, then go to "New Task" page:

  1. Select the Platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, WhatsApp, and any other platform)
  2. Select the Task Type (Follow, Like, Subscribe, Comment, Join, Watch, Share, and any other type)
  3. Price per task is automatically set — no manual entry needed
  4. Add a Custom Description (optional but powerful — give earners specific instructions)
  5. Enter the Number of Participants needed (e.g. 100)
  6. Upload a Task Sample Image (optional — shows earners exactly where to go)
  7. Paste the Task URL — your exact profile/post/channel/group link. Double-check nothing is missing!
  8. Review the cost calculation: price × participants = total wallet deduction
  9. Click "Submit Task"

Our team reviews within minutes to a few hours. Once approved, earners start immediately! 🚀

27Can I increase participants after my task is already live?

Yes! You can increase participants at any time, even while the task is running.

Two ways to do it:

  • Go to Manage Tasks → find your task → tap the ➕ plus icon button
  • Or: Manage Tasks"View Task Details""Increase Participants"

Enter the number of additional participants (minimum 10), review the cost, confirm. Participants are added instantly and the cost is deducted from your wallet immediately.

🎉 No re-approval needed! Your task stays live and earners continue completing it right away.
28Can I pause or stop a running task?

Yes. Go to Manage Tasks and use the task controls:

  • ⏸️ Pause: Tap the pause button — task is immediately hidden from earners. No new completions until you resume.
  • ▶️ Resume: Tap the resume button — task goes live again instantly and earners continue.
💡 Pausing does not lose your budget or delete the task. It simply stops new completions temporarily.
29Can I delete a task? Will I get my budget back?

Yes, you can delete any task. Go to Manage Tasks → find the task → tap the 🗑️ Delete button.

Refund policy: You receive 95% of your remaining unused budget back to your wallet instantly.

Example:

  • Total task budget: ₦10,000
  • Already spent on earners: ₦5,000
  • Remaining unused: ₦5,000
  • Refund = 95% of ₦5,000 = ₦4,750 back to your wallet
⚠️ 100% refund is not possible because platform processing charges were already applied when the task was created. The 5% is non-recoverable.
30How do I view my task analytics and performance?

Go to the Analytics page in your advertiser dashboard to see:

  • 📈 Task completion rates and trends over time
  • 💰 Spending breakdown by task and platform
  • 👥 Participant progress per task
  • 📅 Weekly, monthly, and yearly performance views
  • 🏆 Best performing tasks and platforms
💡 Use analytics to discover which platforms and task types give you the best return, then optimise your budget accordingly.
31How long does task approval take?

Task approval typically takes up to 2 hours depending on when you submitted. Our team reviews tasks during active hours using West Africa Time (WAT).

💡 Tasks submitted late at night may be reviewed first thing the next morning. Once approved, earners start completing it immediately. 🚀
32What happens to pending earner submissions when I delete a task?

Earners who already submitted are not affected. Any submission made before you deleted the task will still be reviewed and rewarded normally.

This is because earners who submitted are already counted in your spent budget — only the unused/remaining budget is eligible for the 95% refund.

💡 Spent budget = tasks already submitted by earners. Unused budget = remaining participants that no one submitted for yet.
33Can I edit a task after it has been approved?

No. Once a task is approved and live, it cannot be edited.

This is because the platform, task type, and URL were already reviewed and approved — editing them would essentially be creating a new task. For example, changing the link from one Instagram account to another after approval would not be fair to earners who already started.

If you want a different task, simply delete the current one (you get 95% of unused budget back) and post a new task with the correct details.

⚠️ Always double-check your task URL and details carefully before submitting — once live, changes are not possible.

Technical

Bugs, login issues, and app problems

34I can't log in to my Earncial account. What do I do?
  1. Double-check your email or username and password are correct
  2. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
  3. Check your inbox and spam/junk folder for the reset link
  4. Set a new password and try logging in again

Still locked out? Email [email protected] with your registered email and description of the issue.

35The app is slow or not loading. How do I fix it?
  1. Refresh the page
  2. Check your internet — switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data
  3. Clear browser cache and cookies
  4. Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
  5. On mobile: close the app fully and reopen it

If the issue continues for 30+ minutes, submit a support ticket.

36I found a bug or error on the platform. How do I report it?

Submit a support ticket with:

  • Which page you were on
  • What you clicked or did
  • The exact error message shown
  • Your device and browser
  • A screenshot if possible 📸
💡 All bugs are investigated promptly. Your report helps improve the experience for every user on Earncial.
37I paid on Flutterwave but my wallet is not reflecting — what do I do?

Please go through this checklist first:

  1. Did you enter the amount on Earncial and then go to Flutterwave from that same page? ✅
  2. Did you pay the exact amount shown on Flutterwave — not the amount you entered on Earncial? ✅
  3. After paying, did you click "I have sent" and wait for Flutterwave to confirm? ✅
  4. Did you see a success confirmation on Flutterwave? ✅

If all of the above is yes — try refreshing the page or logging out and signing back in. Your wallet should update immediately.

If it still does not reflect, do not panic — submit a support ticket or reach us via email, Telegram, or WhatsApp. We will resolve it for you. 😊

38My social media handle was rejected — what do I do?
  1. Go to the Linked Accounts page
  2. Scroll to your handles table and find the rejected handle
  3. Click on the Rejected status badge
  4. A popup will appear showing you a video guide on how to correctly add that handle, plus the reason it was rejected
  5. Follow the video instructions, fix the issue, and resubmit
💡 The most common reason for rejection is that the verification text was not placed correctly in your profile bio. Watch the guide video carefully before resubmitting.

39What fees do earners pay on Earncial?
  • Activation fee: ₦1,000 one-time only — never paid again after activation
  • Withdrawal fee: A small platform processing charge shown transparently before you confirm — you see the exact amount you'll receive before clicking confirm

40How is the cost of a task calculated for advertisers?

Task cost = Price per task × Number of participants = Total wallet deduction

  • The price per task is automatically set by Earncial based on the platform and task type
  • The total is shown clearly before you submit — nothing is deducted without your review

41Why does Flutterwave charge more than what I entered on Earncial?

Flutterwave is our payment provider and they add their own processing fee. This fee belongs to Flutterwave — not Earncial.

  • You enter ₦10,000 on Earncial
  • On Flutterwave you see ₦10,200
  • ₦200 = Flutterwave's fee
  • You pay ₦10,200 on Flutterwave
  • Your Earncial wallet gets ₦10,000 ✅

42What is the advertiser refund policy when deleting a task?

When you delete a task you receive 95% of your remaining unused budget back to your wallet instantly.

  • The 5% covers platform processing charges already applied at task creation
  • Refund is returned to your Earncial wallet instantly upon deletion

45I think my account has been compromised. What should I do?
  1. Immediately go to settings and change your password
  2. If you cannot access your account, use "Forgot Password" on the login page
  3. Email [email protected] immediately — subject: "URGENT — Account Compromised"
  4. Include your registered email and description of any suspicious activity

46What is a Withdrawal PIN?

The Withdrawal PIN is a 4-digit security code required every time you make a withdrawal. It is designed to prevent unauthorized access to your funds — so even if someone gets into your account, they still cannot withdraw without your PIN. 🔐

💡 Your PIN is an extra layer of protection for your earnings. Always keep it private.
47Who can see or know my Withdrawal PIN?

No one — not even the Earncial team or the owner of the platform. Your PIN is fully encrypted. Only you know your PIN.

⚠️ Never share your PIN with anyone, including people claiming to be from Earncial. Our team will never ask for your PIN.
48Who knows my password?

Same as your PIN — no one knows your password. Not the Earncial team, not the owner. Your password is encrypted and only you have access to it.

49Someone else knows my PIN. What should I do?

Don't worry — you can change it immediately! 😄 Here's how:

  1. Go to your Profile page
  2. Scroll down to the Change PIN section
  3. Enter your current PIN
  4. Enter your new PIN
  5. Enter the new PIN again to confirm
  6. Click "Change PIN"
💡 Your PIN is updated instantly. The old PIN will no longer work for any withdrawals.
50How do I change my password?
  1. Go to your Profile page
  2. Scroll down to the Change Password form
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter your new password
  5. Enter the new password again to confirm
  6. Click "Change Password"
51I forgot my PIN completely. What can I do?

If you completely forget your PIN, you need to contact support to request a PIN reset.

Remember — no one knows your PIN, so support cannot retrieve it. What support can do is delete it, after which you'll be able to set a brand new PIN.

⚠️ Important: PIN resets require extensive verification to confirm it's really your account. We will ask for:

  • Your username
  • Your registered email — we'll send you a message and you must reply
  • Your phone number — we will call you and ask security questions
  • A photo of yourself for identity confirmation

This strict process exists to protect you. The risk of allowing a simple PIN reset (e.g. just email confirmation) is that anyone who gets into your email could drain your wallet. We would never let that happen. Not a single kobo of yours is worth risking.

⚠️ Please keep your PIN safe and note it somewhere secure. Never share it with anyone — not even someone claiming to be from Earncial.
52What happens if I enter the wrong PIN 3 times?

If you enter the wrong withdrawal PIN 3 consecutive times, your withdrawals will be temporarily locked as a security measure to protect your funds.

Simply wait a few hours and try again with the correct PIN. If you have forgotten your PIN completely, contact support to request a reset.

⚠️ This lock is automatic and cannot be bypassed — it exists to protect your money in case someone is trying to guess your PIN.
53Does Earncial store my bank details securely?

Yes. We take the security of your financial information very seriously. Your bank details are stored securely and used only to process your withdrawals — nothing else.

We understand that no system in the world is 100% secure, but we continuously work to maintain the highest level of protection possible. We do not want a single user to have a bad experience on Earncial because of a security issue. 😊

54How do I report a suspicious or fake task?

Submit a support ticket with the Task ID and a full explanation of why you believe the task is suspicious or fake.

Please note: before any task goes live, advertisers agree to our posting guidelines. We also acknowledge that some limitations exist:

  • Some social media platforms may remove content after an earner completes the task — this is outside our control
  • A small number of earners may attempt to cheat the system — we actively work to detect and remove this
